the secluded accommodation provided breathtaking views and the hosts were incredibly friendly. It was a refreshing escape from the typical corporate hotel experience. Not to mention, the heated flooring was a wonderful bonus! We also appreciated the storage for our bikes and the close proximity to the village. the surrounding fields and hills created a picturesque setting, perfect for a peaceful getaway. the outdoor BBQ area was a great spot to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. And of course, being so close to Alton Towers was a major plus. Cons: Not one thing! 😊.

We had the pleasure of staying at Piggery Villa and the experience was fantastic. The view from the villa was breathtaking and the surroundings were incredibly peaceful. We loved sitting on the patio till dark, enjoying the warmth of the log burner that was provided with ample wood. The price for our stay was a great value, offering a step up from camping but at an affordable price. The hosts were wonderful people, welcoming us upon arrival and showing us to our small but clean and inviting room. We even had the novelty of washing up outside, with everything provided for that purpose. The location was beautiful, with nearby villages and interesting places to visit, such as pottery places in Stoke on Trent. we had a great time and will definitely consider revisiting Piggery Villa.
For us, Piggery Villa was ideal. 😊

The view from the accommodation was stunning, providing a lovely scenic backdrop. the location of the property was also convenient, with a nearby pub/restaurant for easy access to food and drinks. the accommodation was quiet and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing stay.
The size of the room was quite small and lacked thoughtful facilities. the microwave and fridge being housed in the wardrobe seemed impractical and potentially unsafe.
